Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Wola Wola Android app, the Wola Wola web page for iPhone, and the Wola Wola server. They are between you and Yuvista, Nepal (“we”). By using Wola Wola you agree to them.
1. What Wola Wola does
Wola Wola reads payment messages from banks and payment apps on your phone and speaks the amount out loud. In Owner mode it also sends each payment to your shop's other phones (Associates).
Wola Wola is not a bank or a payment service. It does not move money and cannot confirm that money really reached your account.
2. Always check your bank
An announcement can be late, missed or wrong. For example, a phone may be offline, have its battery saver on, or a bank may change its message format. Messages can also be faked. Before you hand over goods, always confirm large or unusual payments in your bank or wallet app.
3. Free trial and subscription
- “This phone only” and Owner mode come with a free trial, then a monthly or yearly subscription. Associate mode is free.
- There is one free trial per Google account. Using several accounts or phones to get more trials is not allowed.
- Prices are shown in the app before you pay.
- You pay by QR with the exact amount the app shows. Your plan starts when we match your payment.
- Plans do not renew by themselves: you pay again when you want to continue.
- If your payment is not matched within a day, contact us and we will check it.
4. Refer and earn
When a new user starts with your invite code, they get one extra free month. You get one free month when they first pay for a plan. You can earn at most 12 free months a year. Codes used to cheat the trial earn nothing and may be removed.
5. Fair use
Don't use Wola Wola to break the law, to read other people's messages without their consent, or to attack or overload the service. We may stop access for a phone or account that does.
6. Your data
Our Privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
7. Availability
We work to keep Wola Wola running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features, or end the service with reasonable notice in the app.
8. Liability
Wola Wola is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by a missed, late or wrong announcement. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will update this page and its date, and show big changes in the app. If you keep using Wola Wola after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
